01Service Overview
TruStripe Lawn Care provides lawn maintenance services, including weekly mowing, aeration, fertilization, overseeding, and seasonal cleanups. Services are offered during the active season, typically spring through fall, depending on weather conditions.
02Scheduling & Service Visits
Weekly service runs approximately early May through early October (about 22 visits) on a set seasonal schedule based on routing and efficiency. While we aim to maintain consistent service days, adjustments may occur due to weather, holidays, or operational needs. Delayed visits will be completed as soon as conditions allow.
03Weather Conditions
Services are weather-dependent. TruStripe Lawn Care may delay or reschedule during unsafe conditions (e.g., heavy rain, extreme heat, saturated ground). Missed visits will be rescheduled where possible; however, as your spot is reserved for the season, weather-related delays do not qualify for credits or refunds.
04Property Access & Preparation
Clients must ensure the property is accessible on scheduled service days. This includes unlocking gates, removing obstacles (toys, furniture, hoses, debris), securing pets, and clearing all pet waste prior to arrival. Missed access may result in a skipped visit without refund. Areas with pet waste may be avoided or skipped, and cleaning fees may apply. Ongoing issues may result in service cancellation.
05Lawn Conditions & Expectations
Regular maintenance provides the best results; however, outcomes may vary due to weather, soil, pests, or prior lawn condition. Overgrown lawns may require extra time or multiple visits, with additional charges. Properties with steep slopes, heavy obstructions, or requiring push mowing may also incur additional fees.
06Damages & Liability
We take care when servicing your property. Any damage caused by our team must be reported within a reasonable timeframe. TruStripe Lawn Care is not responsible for damage to hidden objects or debris, unmarked irrigation systems, or pre-existing property issues.
07Fertilizer & Overseeding Services
Results may vary based on weather, watering, and overall lawn condition. Clients are responsible for following any provided care instructions to ensure the best results.
08Payment Terms
Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in service interruption and/or additional fees. TruStripe Lawn Care reserves the right to suspend services until balances are cleared. Payments can be made in full at the start of the season or in two installments (April 15 and July 15). Accepted methods: cash, cheque, e-transfer, and credit card (2% processing fee). Returned payments are subject to a $25 NSF fee.
09Service Changes & Cancellations
Clients may cancel with reasonable notice. TruStripe Lawn Care reserves the right to discontinue services at its discretion. Prepaid services will be prorated where applicable.
10Safety & Working Conditions
For safety reasons, services will not be performed if conditions pose a risk to our team or your property. This includes aggressive pets, hazardous debris, or unsafe terrain.
11Agreement
By accepting service from TruStripe Lawn Care, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Start the season off right with a clean and refreshed yard. Our spring cleanup service removes leftover leaves, debris, and buildup from the winter months. This not only improves the appearance of your property but also prepares your lawn for healthy growth as the weather warms up.
